Costas was wonderful- kind and helpful and a great host and the hotel itself was great. But the hotel is out of town and inconvenient unfortunately. You are a definitely isolated from town and no view from your room- can’t see town or the ocean. The walk to town requires a sketchy section on a busy street. But, it’s affordable, clean, wonderful shower and excellent host. If I had to do Naxos again, I wouldn’t stay here only because of the location. Otherwise it’s wonderful.

A Perfect Place for Comfort & Relaxation in Naxos

I absolutely loved my stay at The Saint Vlassis. Konstantine was an excellent host. He arranged for a pickup from the airport and was at the hotel to warmly greet me. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations and helped calm my anxiousness about my taxi to the ferry (the car was a little late). My room was lovely and super comfortable and had everything I needed for a restful stay. The hotel is on a main road, but it was so quiet - with the exception of the occasional dog barking or chicken - which actually made it even more comfortable to me. The hotel is close enough to the Chora and the beach but away from all of the hustle and bustle. I love to walk, so the distance was perfect for me. When I return to Naxos, I look forward to another stay at The Saint Vlassis

I can’t say enough great things about my stay here! After my ferry off the island was unexpectedly canceled, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me last minute. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They checked me in early without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. Not only that, but they also offered amazing local recommendations that really made the most of my unexpected extra time on the island. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. There personal touch here truly stood out. I left feeling so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Best place to stay in Naxos!

I would recommend Saint Vlassis to anyone who visits Naxos! The location was nice and an easy walk to downtown. The rooms were kept so clean! The staff was so friendly and accommodating!

Superb Stay

Incredible stay! Costa was an amazing host, making sure anything we needed (restaurant suggestions, laundry requests etc.) were immediately attended to. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the beaches, and within walking distance of the port etc.

An absolutely delightful stay made ever so fantastic by the amazing owner Costa and his team. A delightful room, the penthouse, with great bedding and plenty of space. The private spa on the terrace was superb. Breakfast each day was wonderful with an amazing selection. Position in town was good. Easy walk to wherever. Highly recommended hotel.

This is a well run little hotel with great staff. If you are a fit walker or have a car, it is great. But if poolside lounging is what you’re looking for, look elsewhere. We totally enjoy d our five day stay complete with breakfast.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Saint Vlassis in Naxos. Everything from the moment we arrived until the second we left was excellent. Konstantinos was a superb host and helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. The rooftop penthouse was excellent with a large deck and a great jacuzzi. Everything at the hotel is new and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The controls in the room were operated by a tablet which was very cool and the WiFi was fast.The breakfast buffet was a great spread with many hot and cold options, the best breakfast spread we had on our whole trip! Can't say enough good about the Saint Vlassis and the staff!

I can't say enough about the hospitality and service at Saint Vlassis. These guys know how to do a boutique hotel. Friendly and warm. Sleek and sophisticated. Outstanding fit and finish. But the breakfast. Are you kidding me? Local olives. Grass fed bacon and local feta/cheeses. Scrambled eggs. Assorted pastries and baking. Local home-made preserves from quincy and grapes. Absolutely brilliant. Five stars from us. A highlight on our trip to the cradle of Western Civilization. Canada.

Beautiful small hotel away from the crowds.

Enjoyed all the comfort of their executive double room which gives particular attention to all your needs with many little touches to make your stay a memorable one. Clean, fresh and impeccable standards. I would recommend watching the stars from your jacuzzi! Finally a special mention to all the staff who not only make you feel welcome but go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. I would return in a heartbeat. A fabulous place :)

Amazing stay, would recommend

I let my husband book this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip so I was a little worried but as soon as we got there I felt so comfortable and relaxed, the staff are so down to earth, friendly and funny. The best service we’re had our entire 5 week trip through Greece and Croatia btw. Our room was on the top floor penthouse and it was beautiful. We drank wine on our balcony and watched the sun set most nights before heading out, we rented a scooter so we could beach hop but it is close enough to walk to the main areas for sunset drinks, dinner, shopping etc. It was very hot so I’m glad we had the scooter.

Beware - it is out of town

The hotel is a new 4 storey building. The staff were exceptional, the room excellent, the breakfast sensational, BUT, it is about 2km from the port and 1km from the beach. Neither is an ideal walk as it involves road walking (not even footpaths). If you stay here, expect to hire a car or quadbike. Taxis have discretionary pricing of E5 or E10 depending on how they feel. It quickly adds up. There are other nearby hotels, some with a pool and facilities. This hotel is in the middle of a vegetable garden. See the photo and look on Google Maps before booking.
