Spacious Family Retreat in the town of Nederland

Welcome to your ideal mountain getaway! This bright and spacious family home sits on a beautiful, flat lot within walking distance of downtown Nederland. Enjoy the best of both worlds with abundant sunshine and dappled shade from surrounding trees.

Glass doors off the comfortable family room open to a cozy deck—perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing in the fresh mountain air. Kids and well behaved pups will enjoy the fully fenced backyard surrounding the deck.

Inside, the family room offers generous seating and a 65" smart TV, ideal for movie nights or watching your favorite shows. The adjoining kitchen is designed for easy socializing, with a breakfast table ideal for casual meals and conversation. For more formal dining, a separate dining room comfortably seats six.

The welcoming living room features large windows that frame a serene aspen grove in the front yard and includes plenty of seating for reading or relaxing. Or step onto the front yard and relax in the Adirondack chairs on the sunny front porch or the handwoven hammock from Nicaragua under the trees (weather permitting, of course).

Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious and sun-filled bedrooms, all with brand-new bedding. The primary bedroom boasts a picture window overlooking Nederland, along with a private sitting area and small desk—perfect for remote work or quiet reflection. The en suite bathroom includes double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

A second full bath is conveniently located between the other two bedrooms. One guest bedroom features a queen bed and love seat in front of a bright, airy window.
