Negombo beach

Hotel was centrally located for most things. It was being renovated during my stay, so this did affect the quality at the time, otherwise its a pretty good place to stay. Staff were super nice and very helpful. A great place to stay if you need a room for just a couple of nights transiting Negombo or for proximity to airport.

It should have a minibar, but the place is ok

The hotel is very well located, in the heart of Negombo. They have a good swimming pool, the breakfast is ok and the room is spacious. The staff is very helpful, but a little bit messy sometimes with bookings, payments, etc. They are very honest, anyway. The hotel is family operated and they are always working, good people, very helpful. The wifi connection is good, but in our room, only by the door or outside we could connect. A minibar would be great in the room.

Het hotel was gedateerd. Als je iets vroeg werd het voor je gedaan, voor de rest niets extra's. Absoluut geen goede verhouding prijs-kwaliteit. Het windmill beach hotel ligt ook niet aan de beach maar aan een drukke straat.

Catastrophique

The whoman with the reception, knowing the price we paid put us in a room with broken bed and broken shower, no Tv. The room had nothing to do with wat was shown on expedia. We had to complain to get the room we paid for! It´s a shame.
