Finca campestre de aproximadamente 60.000 metros cuadrados a 5 kilómetros de la ciudad de neiva especial para el descanso y la recreación,reuniones familiares , eventos.

La finca queda a 15 minutos en automóvil desde el centro de neiva, a 1500 metros del ultimo conjunto residencial. A 800 metros de la carretera principal. hay aproximadamente 600 metros destapados pero en buen estado pueden entrar automóviles taxis o cualquier otro tipo de vehículo, es una finca donde la construcción es rustica sin ningún tipo de lujo.

EL DORMITORIO 4 TIENE UNA CAMA DOBLE Y UN BANO PRIVADO. CON VENTILADOR.

La finca en su totalidad tiene 5 dormitorios con camarotes y camas auxiliares. Dentro de la casa hay un baño comun y en el exterior hay tres baños.
Hay un solo dormitorio con cama doble y baño privado (dorm4). El total de personas que se pueden acomodar en camas en toda la finca es de 18.

La cocina de la casa es semi-integral, tiene sala y comedor,en el exterior hay cocina con BBQ. y parrilla , horno típico huilense , tiene piscina, salon de eventos con equipo de sonido, tiene acceso al rió las ceibas, es un rió muy limpio de donde se toma el acueducto para la ciudad, son 60.000 metros cuadrados para disfrutar de la naturaleza. El recinto es totalmente privado, solo queda el mayordomo con la señora quienes tienen su casa independiente dentro de la finca.
