Berry Hill Lake is a mountain getaway featuring a new, modern-rustic 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home overlooking a private 2-acre lake and surrounded by 250 acres of beautiful, wooded mountain land. The house features traditional board and batten siding, original stonework, hardwood floors throughout, and two fireplaces—an indoor gas fireplace and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace.

The upstairs bedroom features a king bed, 60” flat-screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom with double sink, and tiled shower. The main floor bedroom features a queen bed, 60” flat-screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom with double sink, and tiled shower. The basement is finished with two bunk rooms, each containing two bunk beds (8 total beds), a bathroom with a tiled shower, and a movie room featuring a 70” flat-screen TV and DVD player. The basement also includes a 1/2 kitchen with a mini-refrigerator and washer/dryer for guests' use. All of our guests are supplied with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags.

Just a short walk from the main house, the bunkhouse provides additional space with six more beds and a full bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a group retreat, the combination of the main house and bunkhouse offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy.

Berry Hill Lake features a brand-new, state-of-the-art infinity pool and hot tub. The pool overlooks the lake and offers breathtaking views, with a stunning infinity edge that seamlessly blends into the landscape. The integrated hot tub provides a perfect way to relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool area is complemented by a large deck and pergola for shade, as well as luxury chaise lounge chairs on the other side.

Other amenities on the property include paddle boats, kayaks, fishing, and miles of walking trails. We are less than 30 minutes from the entrance to Wintergreen Resort, which offers skiing, snowboarding, a Zip Line, archery, summer tubing, mountain biking, and hiking, to name a few.

A short drive away are many local breweries, wineries, and distilleries, including Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard, Hill Top Berry Farm and Winery, Veritas Vineyards and Winery, Devils Backbone, Wild Wolf Brewery, Silverback Distillery, and Bold Rock Hard Cider. Also located close by are a grocery store, convenience stores, ABC store, Dollar General, and restaurants.

We are in close proximity to many other area attractions, including Charlottesville (30 minutes), the Blue Ridge Parkway (20 minutes), Shenandoah National Park (15 minutes), and Crabtree Falls (1 hour).
