This ground floor unit has a spacious open plan living/ dining area with Smart TV and a ceiling fan, this area opens out onto the balcony so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the local birdlife and ocean. A gas BBQ and outdoor dining is also provided so you can sit back, relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, full size family fridge and an internal laundry that opens off the kitchen area with a washing machine and dryer. Two generous size bedrooms, the master boasts an ensuite, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The main bathroom contains a bath and shower with a separate toilet and vanity.
Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court (BYO balls and racquets), table tennis and established gardens and manicured lawns spread over 5 acres.
Only a quick level 300 metre walk to Little Beach which is perfect for children as the waters are calm, there are picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, boat ramp and the famous Little Beach Boathouse where you can watch the most amazing sunsets whilst sipping on a beverage or having a beautiful dinner.
The best of both worlds is within ten-minute walking distance, choice of either fish & chips and dine by the water or Diggers Club where you can get an a la carte or buffet meal and with Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay all within a few minutes drive makes this the ideal location for your next beachside holiday.

Almost perfect if you want to avoid stairs.
Almost perfect for us except that the mattress could have been more comfortable, especially the queen in the spare room.
