Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Rayo de Sol

A wonderful three-bedroom villa with stunning views from the terrace, private pool and parking located in a small and quiet urbanization in a prime spot right in the heart of Nerja, next to the Parador de Turismo Hotel.



It is just a three-minute walk from the famous Burriana Beach, and has bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. in the immediate vicinity. It is also very near to our Villa Encanto, El Califa 3 Apartment and many other of our villas in the Parador area.



Villa Rayo de Sol has all bedrooms on the ground floor - the king-size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French windows out to the pool area, two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the kitchen and open plan living and dining area with two large French windows out to the large terrace with amazing views down over Burriana Beach - fantastic for a barbecue with an amazing view!



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has its own private garage with direct access to the property. Outside there is a private swimming pool (5.3 x 2.3 m, depths 0.55m - 1.3m) and terrace/gardens with six sun beds.



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...



Nerja Paradise Rentals is a family run business operating privately owned properties in and around Nerja. We pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our rental properties – our aim is to provide you a real home-from-home here in arguably the most beautiful spot on the Costa del Sol.



Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!



The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.

Lovely villa, perfect location. Very quiet area with the most perfect views. Villa has everything you need for a home from home stay. Maybe a few extra pillows for the beds. And maybe a few cleaning products left in a cupboard, for general sweeping and wiping over bathrooms.

The team at nerja paradise rentals were brilliant from start to finish, we had trouble locating the property initially as our taxi dropped us at the wrong location but someone was on hand to come & show us to the villa without hesitation! Very good communication throughout from when we booked right through to when we left! Great location, walking distance to Burriana beach & also to the centre of town. The villa was very clean & well equipped with all the necessary essentials needed for our stay.

This was our second stay in the villa as we had been here before in the summer, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We had a problem with one of the patio doors not locking and it was sorted out very quickly, thanks to Caroline and Belen for the great service, we will be back again.

Nerja has all we need for a holiday so we keep coming back

Really nice Villa for the two of us in a great position with excellent facilities, a very good TV, large living room with great balcony, and we slept very well. Loved the view and like the staff at Paradise as they are always very helpful. I have used this company three times and will do so again. Very good selection of accommodation. The property opposite, sat in front of the pool side facing the sea, has large trees over-hanging into this property, so may I suggest cutting them back to stop the leaves falling into the pool?. Also a possible handle or strap, on the inside of the garage door, as we are only 5 foot tall it was a little difficult opening and closing the door !!

Very comfortable villa

The terrace was amazing. Great size with a fantastic view. The living area was a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The master bedroom was lovely and the other two bedrooms were adequate. The location is just perfect being walking distance to everything so no need for a car. One of the best villas we have stayed in when in Nerja. I cannot think of anything to improve our stay. Although the pool is small is was perfect for a dip after shopping/beach and great for 2 small children. Would have loved to be able to use the Alamar 1 pool. Perhaps an arrangement could be made with them?

Perfect house

Really nice house, exactly like the pictures, with perfect location - a short walk from both the beach and the city. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Sunlight on the balcony all day until around 4p.m in mid/late November. Only minus is that there was limited sunlight in the outdoor space on the lower floor where the pool was, but I think it’s better during summer-months.

The views over Burriana Beach ,the Punta de la Mona , the mountains and the sea are magnificent, amazing and fill each day with joy . The apartment is on two levels with the lounge , kitchen , dining room , and terrace on the first floor with those spectacular views and plenty of sun until mid afternoon in November . But could be hard to access for people with walking difficulties. There are sun beds , table and chairs on the terrace and comfortable furniture in the lounge , and just enough kitchen equipment for holiday use . But no little extras are left , such as salt and pepper etc The bedrooms and bathrooms are ground floor and really stylish and comfortable, the master bedroom overlooks the pool , all must be wonderful in summer but in the winter it was quite cold and damp and difficult to heatdry towels etc . Even with the air conditioning in the bedrooms on heating mode , it was difficult to warm the bathrooms ,hall and stairs. But the views outweighed every downside.

Superb views. Quiet and safe. Well equipped and comfortable. Very good value. Agent kept in phone contact throughout to make sure all was well. Had early access to the property, arranged the day before arrival. It's possible to lock yourself out on the balcony! This really isn't safe. We used a towel to make sure the door stayed open. Warn visitors that the garage space is tight and only suitable for a small car (we did have a small car so ok for us).

Det er en utrolig dejlig bolig med en smuk udsigt til bugten fra terrassen . Beliggenheden er i top. Rolige omgivelser samtidigt med alt er indefra gÄ afstand bÄde de lÊkre strande, promenaden, gÄgaderne og Europaplads m.m. Selve boligen er lys og venlig med store vinduer i stue og kÞkkenafdelingen. Alt var rent og i pÊn stand. Vi nÞd vores ferie i denne skÞnne bolig og Paradise Rentals var meget serviceminded og fulgte hele tiden op pÄ, om vi manglede noget. Vi vil helt sikkert leje denne bolig igen.

Fantastische plek en een terras met adembenemend uitzicht waar je geen genoeg van krijgt. Prima uitgangspunt voor tripjes en wandelingen binnen 15 - 45 min. rijden. Helaas was het bed kort en hard, de lakens en dekens te klein, parasol en standaard werkte niet en de airco ter verwarming voor de avond deed het ook niet. Toch een top vakantie gehad!

Great location

Ideal location with wonderful views from the large balcony. The villa needs some maintenance - a few loose floor tiles. the clothes dryer was broken and some better bed quilt covers, otherwise a perfect stay. Victoria was a perfect host.
