Casa Feliz – Stylish holiday home with private pool and sea views in Nerja

Casa Feliz is our own holiday home, purchased in October 2025 and then completely renovated and newly furnished, in the popular urbanization of San Juan de Capistrano above Nerja. It is not an anonymous investment property, but a home that we consciously share with guests - a place with a personal touch, modern comfort and Mediterranean flair, where you can arrive and feel good.

Interior & Equipment
Casa Feliz offers approx. 76 m² of living space on one level and is ideal for up to 4 people.
The open-plan living area connects the living room, dining area and kitchen and creates a bright, airy ambience with direct access to the terrace. Large windows frame the spectacular sea and panoramic views and allow the outside to feel inside.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and makes self-catering easier - perfect for cooking together with the best view.

There are two cozy bedrooms, each with large single box spring beds, smart TV and direct access to the outside:
- The master bedroom opens to the terrace with sea views.
- The guest bedroom opens onto the garden area.

The small but nice bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and plenty of storage space.

Casa Feliz is completely air-conditioned (cooling and heating function) and has high-speed internet via fiber optic as well as smart TVs in all living rooms - also ideal for streaming or occasional work in the cleverly designed home office.

Outdoor space & privacy
A real unique selling point of Casa Feliz is the private pool for the exclusive use of our guests. Unlike many accommodations in the Capistrano complex, where “pool” refers to the communal pool, the pool at Casa Feliz belongs exclusively to the house - with no set times and no other guests. The pool can be heated via a heat pump upon request for an additional charge. In addition, the complex's communal pool can of course also be used

The large terrace and several seating areas invite you to enjoy the sun or shade as you wish, be it during breakfast, sunbathing or a cozy evening with a view over the sea. The well-kept garden harmoniously complements the outdoor area.

Location & surroundings
The urbanization of San Juan de Capistrano is quiet, sunny and yet well connected. A short walk through the well-kept complex is always surprising with blooming bougainvillea, Mediterranean plants and beautiful sea and panoramic views - an experience in itself.

Our personal favorite place is the nearby Terraza-Restaurante La Parra, just 50 meters away across the street - perfect for a spontaneous coffee, a glass of wine or dinner without the car.

The famous Burriana beach with fine sand and clear water is about 15 minutes away on foot or just a few minutes by bus.

Nerja itself offers authentic Andalusian charm: white streets, small tapas bars, the Balcón de Europa, the Nerja caves and numerous bathing bays along the coast, complemented by excursion destinations such as Frigiliana or Granada.

For whom Casa Feliz is ideal
Casa Feliz is deliberately aimed at guests aged 25 and over (young people aged 16 and over are welcome when accompanied by their parents) and is therefore ideal for couples looking for relaxation, comfort and privacy.

- Jacuzzi can be booked at an additional cost - ideal for relaxing evenings under the stars (available from March 2026).
- Two e-scooters will be available from March 2026 at an additional cost - a flexible and comfortable way to explore Nerja and the surrounding area.

Casa Feliz is not a standardized holiday property, but a newly renovated temporary home with personality, high-quality furnishings and many loving details that invite you to feel good. This is exactly the feeling we want to pass on to our guests.
