Set just 50 feet from the beach, this 3BR/2.5BA home offers 3,000 square feet of elegant living space and stunning ocean views from multiple floors.



After a day of sand and surf, return home to take in the sunset from the expansive back deck. The private balcony offers even more vistas and the perfect place to enjoy a crisp evening drink.



Indoors, bask in the warm ambience of the fireplace, or gather for movie night in the den.



LIVING AREA



Relax in the living area, featuring a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, reading nook, and a dry bar. Doors open to the back deck.



The den has a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a sink.



The loft offers yet another living area, complete with gorgeous ocean views and a sleeping futon.

This home is perfect for large familiar wuth kids! It's a non-fussy comfortable place fir multiple guests. Several options for sleeping arrangements. The beach access was a huge hit but bear in mind its a rock formation step system without hand rails. Easier access points are a few houses down. This is not a boutique stay as the house itself is well loved. Definitely recommend. We stayed late April when the rates were reasonable! One of our families are going back to the same house on a month because the children loved it so much!

Great views, especially from the top deck! The kitchen has no spices/salt/peoper, oil, etc. next time we will know and bring our own. The only thing we missed was an outside grill or bbq.

Great place. We brought our 16 year old and two of their friends to celebrate a birthday. The lower level had a family room plus bedrooms so they could hang away from parents.

Well stocked and beautiful home

The thing that impressed me even more than the breathtaking views and proximity to the beach was just how well stocked this home was with everything we could have needed. The beds were very comfy, everything was clean and well-arranged.

Neskowin home

We love Neskowin’s beach and this home provided not only easy access but also a view of the beach. Very comfy beds and nicely appointed kitchen. The main level rooms on 2nd level are the most used and in the best shape. The lower level and top level could use some updating, and the windows could use cleaning, especially the screens, plus a number of the window shades cords are not functioning properly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Destination Wedding

Son was married on the beach and our family stayed at this lovely property. Walking distance to everything in the small quaint town. Of Neskowin. The property was equipped with everything that we needed. Very well organized and a place for everything in the cabinets. Space for family to spread out. Would come back for an extended stay to get out of the heat of AZ in the summer!

Great home close to beach

The home is beautiful and very clean it had everything we needed. The only reason I rated it a four star instead of five is because whoever stayed before us did not pick-up the dog poop!!! The side yard had several large piles and it was gross. I have a small dog but I always pick-up after her.
