The living room has cozy furnishings and a wood stove (wood provided). There is direct access to the oceanfront deck and hot tub. This home is nicely stocked with relaxing books and games. Garage is accessible for parking and storage.

Layout:
Single level home. Garage available. Open dining and kitchen. Livingroom with wood stove and deck access. The primary bedroom has ocean views with a king bed, full bathroom with a soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has king bed and a twin bed. There is a full hall bath with shower. Garage available.

Location:
The location of this lovely beachfront home is unique, quiet and desirable. The gated Neskowin North neighborhood is small, private and features direct, low bank beach access onto miles of unpopulated beaches. The nearby village of Neskowin is a nice walk or bikeride away and has some well-loved amenities like the Hawk Creek Cafe, Neskowin Trading company (grocery and deli), and the Neskowin Beach Golf Course. If you are looking for that secluded, away-from-it-all, perfect beach home, this is it.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Video surveillance on property.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. Cleaning fee includes hot tub service fee.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
