Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this inviting retreat promises to fulfill your eat-stay-play dreams. Throw open the windows and savor the salty sea breeze as you relax in the comfort of your coastal sanctuary. For a taste of local flavor, simply stroll downstairs to indulge in freshly baked doughnuts, hot espresso, or a bottle of wine from the markets collection of over 250 bottles. If relaxation is on your agenda, look no further than this idyllic spot. Convenient, classy, and adjacent to everything you'd want or need for your coastal escape.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is ABOVE the local store. With windows open, on a busy night outdoor sounds can be heard and coast breezes can be enjoyed. The loft is set up for adult visitors, stairs are required to enter and exit the loft. There are no on-site toys or children's amenities. Not suitable for children under three years of age. No more than four guests are permitted to stay in the loft. There are two loft spaces above the market, please inquire if you are interested in the second unit as well!

Space: 2nd level entry through shared hallway. Primary bedroom with king bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Full hall bath with tub. Small balcony. Washer/dryer in hallway is shared with one adjacent loft.

Neskowin, a charming coastal village in Oregon, sits about 10 miles north of Lincoln City and roughly 90 miles southwest of Portland. It's a laid-back spot nestled between forested hills and the Pacific Ocean, offering gorgeous views and tons of outdoor fun like hiking, beachcombing, and birdwatching. With its quiet village vibe and tasty eateries, it's the perfect place for a coastal getaway. Sandwiched by Cascade Head to the north and the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge to the south, it's easy to find adventures in nature. Neskowin natural highlights include miles of sand beach, the mystical "Ghost Forest" -- 2000 year old tree stumps visible at low tide. Also, don't forget about Proposal Rock – it's a significant sea stack just off the shore, offering excellent opportunities for stunning photos and exploration.

This home is pet friendly for one small dog (less than 25 pounds). Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
