Neskowin Gem - Beach Front Property

If a stay in a cozy beach cabin full of character sounds like fun, this Neskowin vacation rental is for you! With ocean views from the house and easy beach access just steps away directly across from Proposal Rock, this home will help you get the most out of your coastal adventure.

The beach cabin may be small, but it has an efficient floor plan that makes the most of the limited space. There are 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. The one bedroom has a view of the ocean and its own door to the deck. The upstairs loft is accessible by a steep stair case, is an ideal place for children to play, and has the best view of the house! The loft is complete with 2 built in twin beds each with their own reading light, and USB charging port.

Next to the living room is an intimate dinning area with seating for 6 where your guests can sit and eat a nice meal together while telling stories and laughing together.

The full kitchen, just around the corner is well stocked with all the tools you need to cook up a hearty dinner after a day at the beach. And, with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and even a blender, your will have no trouble feeding your hungry vacationers.

The one-and-a-half bathrooms are also located on the main level, and one features a gorgeous claw-foot bathtub that would be great for a nice, relaxing bubble bath!

Outside, the large deck offers amazing ocean views, patio furniture and a gas grill. Just a short, 100' walk will take you to the edge of the sand, where you will be directly in front of the famous Proposal Rock, Neskowin's most recognizable landmark (at times the high tides can redirect the creek and wash sand out to the ocean).

Neskowin creek, which flows into the ocean just adjacent to the house is an amazing place to explore, and build sandcastles. You may choose to go for a walk along the beach, wade across the creek to get the café for a hot drink and stroll through Neskowin Village. This is very child friendly area with no busy roads or crowds of people.

Lovely!
I hesitate to say how lovely this property is because I don’t want the price to go crazy! But it really is lovely. It feels like a lived in home in the best way. Clean, all the things you need, and a fantastic location. The kids loved the loft space, and we all loved that we could walk out the door and be on the sand in seconds. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We enjoyed a low key holiday weekend here. Great location and access to beach. Home is a great cozy and warm environment. Love the older beach style home. The only issue we had was the door lock didn’t work but the owner was available by phone to help navigate another way in.

Great getaway spot!
Location was perfect for us to bring our dog down and let her run on the beach...the beach access is literally steps away and a creek isolates and separates off the beach area so its pretty scarse...we were there in November and most of the time we were alone on the beach...great place to get away and relax!

Perfect first Oregon coast experience
It was recommended to us to travel to Neskowin with our 3 and 1yo. This was our first time on the Oregon coast as a family (usually in CA) and wow! We want to make it an annual trip! The property was perfect for our family of 4. It really is as close to the water as you can get. The creek was perfect for our kids and we made the walk to the ocean as well. It came equipped with everything we needed. We loved the patio, outside grass and swing. It was a fun surprise to go out to the patio one evening and watch some deer. It was an unforgettable trip! So thankful to have found this property to stay in! Cannot wait to come back again.
