Apartment (separate entrance), 70m ², in addition a small terrace, small hall, shower / WC (hair dryer, washing machine available), living area with comfortable sitting area, fireplace and SAT / TV, WLAN, fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher and Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), corner seat in the dining area; The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed. On the upper floor leads a spiral staircase. There is another bedroom with a single bed and a single bed in the passage room of the attic. If necessary, it is possible to add a cot and a guest bed. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
