The whole condo is available for guests, along with access to the pools and the lagoon beach (though swimming is not allowed).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production problems which cause water cuts from time to time. The accommodation has a few jerrycans of water. But travelers are strongly advised to buy mineral water. The lagoon in front of the accommodation is not swimmable. Nettlé Bay beach is accessible by crossing the main road

Located on the first floor of a small building (not the ground floor), this air conditioned and bright apartment offers you a comfortable setting for your stay. Inside you will find everything you need to feel at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning for restful nights. In addition, the convertible sofa in the living room offers two additional beds if necessary. Enjoy the large terrace equipped with a functional kitchen where you can prepare your meals while admiring the sun setting over the lagoon. You can enjoy the trade winds without worrying about mosquitoes thanks to the easy to open and close mosquito net. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom, it has a shower and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate and accessible from the living room for added convenience. You can park your vehicle safely in the parking lot of the secure residence. During your stay, you will have access to two swimming pools in the residence, ideal for cooling off and relaxing. In addition, the nearby shops, such as the bakery, the supermarket and the pharmacy, will allow you to fully enjoy your stay. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. Our CAP SXM concierge service is at your disposal during your stay to advise you, provide delivery services, organize your activities or manage any hazards.
