The living room

Big house with big garden.
The apartment is on the outskirts of Neumarkt, 800 m to Norma and bakers and butchers. 5 minutes to the city center: shopping centers, old town, good motorway and train connection to NBG - RGB - Munich. Hiking, swimming, cycling, mountains, lakes, pure nature: cool in summer and cozy in front of the fireplace in winter.
Lots of good golf courses, tennis, and skiing.
There is a high ropes course in Velburg, 10 km away.

Altmühltal, Rhein Main Danube Canal, Franconian Lake District.
Winter sports, the Arber and the Fichtelgebirge are one or two hours away by car.
Many attractions.
Beer, pretzels, radi and obazda are Bavarian culture.
Many festivals and concerts in the summer.
Bikes and electric bicycles can be rented not far from me.
In front of the living room is a terrace with 10 x 6 m. With seating, grill.
Big garden.
Guests arriving after midnight will receive the house key, depending on the arrangement.
For all areas in the basement, yard and garden.
Parking lots available.
Guests can pay a fee of € 5 per person - at least 2 people in the sauna.
Bread service - also on Sundays ... for a fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Oil, vinegar, spices, sauces are available, everything can be used. Lots of Asian spices etc.
Other important information

Final cleaning = 20 euros

Guests can use the sauna for 4 hours for a fee of € 20.
