Welcome to Port Manec'h, a charming coastal district of the commune of Névez, where this beautiful family house of 165m2 welcomes you for an unforgettable stay just 800m from the beach. Fully equipped, it offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 11 travellers. Its vast enclosed garden is ideal for enjoying complete tranquillity. Perfect for family holidays or trips with friends, it provides an ideal starting point for discovering the beauties of the Breton coast.



From the moment of your arrival, you will be charmed by the tree-lined garden leading to the house entrance. Enter and discover on your right a pleasant, bright living room with its TV lounge and dining area inviting you to gather around an aperitif or a friendly meal. A large bay window opens onto the fitted terrace and garden, ideal for enjoying beautiful days outdoors, having lunch in the sun or organising barbecues on the plancha in the evening. On the left, you will find an independent kitchen, perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.



The rooms are located on the floor which is divided into 2 parts. The first three are accessible by the entrance staircase, the first has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a desk, the second has a double bed (140x190cm) and the third has two single beds (90x190cm). On the other side, a fourth room with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x190cm) is accessible via the garage staircase. As well as a fifth room with a double bed (140x190cm) and its adjoining bathroom with WC accessible via an exterior staircase.



The housing includes: a wet room on the ground floor, a bathroom upstairs. Two separate toilets complete the house.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a baby cot, a high chair, and 3 private parking spaces in the plot right in front of the house.
