I stayed in a corner room. It was extremely small and plain. The noise outside was deafening. It was hard to get to sleep. The breakfast was just bagels, mini muffins and danishes. Parking was a couple of blocks away. Did not feel comfortable leaving my car there

Everything was great except some other guest made some awful comments about me and my girlfriend I enjoyed my stay but because of how I was treated by those guests I probably won’t be back. The general manger was a delight and pleasure to meet.

Not only was the TV in my room completely broken, the property isn’t well kept. Walls peeling, dings on all furniture etc. Bathrooms aren’t designed well as shower had nothing to hold toiletries. Bathroom was clearly used before I came in the room. Stairs are rickety and an awful odor in the hallways.

The stay was amazing. Hotel was clean. We did have issues with tripping the GFI and losing power to our room. The only real complaint is it’s not very close to stored within walking distance. If you need a snack you’re at the mercy of purchasing the inflated hotel price $4.00 for a drink and another $4.00 for a candy bar. Something you would pay a total of $3.50 if you went into a store.

I appreciated the staff accommodating a late check out, and them being able to change our rooms when we encountered issues. The first room we got, the key card didn’t work so they gave us a different room. That room was not cleaned properly (bed not made, garbage in floor underneath bathroom sink, missing towel set etc). We had to change rooms again. The free breakfast was very simple, not well arranged or clean, and coffee was terrible. For a place that looks nice, we expected a better arranged breakfast spread.
