The hotel outside was nice looking. It wasn’t bad but our door wouldn’t stay closed. We had to deadbolt it just for it the be closed and lock.

No one at the front to check in, got to the room and the keys didn’t work. Went back downstairs and it took ten minutes to find front desk girl to get keys reprogrammed. Room was dirty and beds looked disheveled. Took a shower and not a single towel in the room. Dried off with paper towels. Lifted toilet seat and it had skid marks like someone had just gone the bathroom. Trash can still had trash in it from prior guest. Went back down to front desk and asked for a different room. Finally got keys to a different room and the keys didn’t work. Had to go back down to front desk and get them reprogrammed. Second room had a TV but no remote to turn it on. Finally got a remote from first room and turned on TV but still didn’t work. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Do not waste your time or money staying there.

All aspects of service was okay. The main problem is location IT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREIGHT LINES. The trains keep blasting their horn all night. So you will not get ANY sleep
