The well-appointed kitchenette features a microwave and mini fridge, making it easy to prepare quick snacks or enjoy a morning coffee. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, while the upstairs loft is perfect for children with two twin beds. After a day of exploring, unwind in the comfortable living area equipped with a large screen television and a cozy sofa, or step outside to the charming outdoor seating for an al fresco dining experience.

As the sun sets, indulge in a relaxing soak in the inviting hot tub located on the front deck, where you can gaze at the stars while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Although the property overlooks the Guadalupe River, please note that it does not have direct river access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
