3/2.5 home. Sleeps 8. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: 2 Twins. Living room: Futon. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Enjoy the Guadalupe River in your own backyard on this acre and a half, 2 story home with a beautiful 1300 sq. ft. wrap around porch to sit, relax, and watch the tubers float by! No waiting in line with the private river access just steps outside of your backdoor! This home is located right before the 3rd crossing on River Road. Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River at the 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st! The current record from the property is 27 trout in 3 hours. Don't miss your chance to try and beat the record! Spacious kitchen with dining table for 6 and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Comfortable living room with a Smart TV and a futon that sleeps 2. Large master bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV and beautiful views of the river with direct porch access. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Upstairs loft great for kids to play games, watch movies on the Smart TV, and relax! The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, Smart TV and river views. The third bedroom, also with river views, has 2 twin beds. Guest bath is convenient to both the upstairs bedrooms and the loft. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! The closest tube rental to the home is Rocky Beach which is only .8 miles away. The best fishing in the area! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Lovely property, well-maintained in an ideal location. The river was just steps away from the beautiful porch and the property is minutes away from horseshoe float and Gruene activities. Excellent communication with property management during check in and check out process. Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home and view with direct access to the river. Quiet and peaceful. It was a short drive into Gruene and New Braunfels. There was ease in communication with the property management company. I could not be more pleased with the visit!

River Trip Success!

Beautiful property just steps away from the Guadalupe River. Centrally located on River Road. House was very clean and had all of the amenities needed to make our stay a complete success! Great Fishing/Relaxing Getaway

The fishermen in our group were elated over the great access to the river and the children were totally enthralled with their “playground.” The house was perfect for our group. The only negative was the grill was not operative.... but well equipped kitchen.

Immaculate and Great for families

We have 3 kids from 7-11 and there was plenty of room for us to be spread out or together. Great square kitchen table, comfy living room, and everything was super clean. The water is a short walk down the hill in back and absolutely beautiful. It says it in the listing, but don't forget to bring spices. There is no salt and pepper or anythingthing like that (cooking spray, etc - bring everything). Otherwise grill worked great and it's a great spot for fishing. One neighbor but otherwise very private. Wrap around porch is really nice too. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it. Wish we had a couple more days there.

Beautiful property, great location. Loved everything about it! The only negative part of the weekend was having our Yeti coolers stolen off of the front patio. Given the location on river road, people walking by can easily snatch things by jumping the fence.

Quite and Amazing River front property

This house toward the end of River Road. Very secluded and private with a very nice waterfront River front area perfect to enjoy the day in the Guadalupe River!! Really relaxing experience.
