The place is too expensive for how old and dirty everyrhing is. Average of $115 a night for room with a TV that barely worked, water that took 30 minutes to warm up, poor wifi, and ants everywhere.

Picuteres were deceiving and misleading. Explains the no refund policy. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to stay here.

The key didn’t work, had to return to office, bugs in bathroom, light over sink worked on & off, sheets were rough, the chair by the bed was so dirty with black stuff streaked on it we didn’t sit in it and what really shocked me is they wanted a $20 deposit on the plastic key card that had to be redone, and seemed shocked when I hand delivered it back to the desk to make sure they got it returned instead of leaving in the room. I would not stay here again!

I reserved a non smoking room and as soon as I walked in the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to go buy febreeze and that didn’t help. The cable wasn’t working, at first he tried to blame us that we tried to rip the cable off. He fixed it by bringing another smaller tv in the room, burning the non working one in its place. We asked for some type of accommodation and he said there were no extra rooms. We asked for a manager for a discount or a full refund, so we could go elsewhere. He said no manager was available. We left and didn’t even stay. As of now, we are looking for another place to stay. The name and the pictures online are not at all what the hotel looks like.

Nothing was BAD however as a father with small children when I get back to a hotel after a day of events and trying to settle the kids we enjoy watching tv during bedtime. However, the TV had no signal for the entire weekend. We complained and complained and tried both nights and no luck. They were friendly and apologetic but there was no solution and no refund or complimentary anything. I understand to some this sounds small and petty or might not be a deal at all for some, but for me and my family we were very disappointed as we paid for a room with TV and got a room with no TV. I did explain this and offer ample opportunity for them to make it right and they just said it was the cable company and not them. I get that and understand but I paid them not the cable company and didn’t pick the cable company that didn’t work.

The room was directly in front of the ice machine. The shower did not work the sink was disgusting bits came off the sides every time you ran wanter.

Wow! Don't let the exterior fool you. This is a great little no-frills motel very centrally located in New Braunfels. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helped me get checked in quickly and smoothly. She gave me some good recommendations for breakfast, and made my experience that much more enjoyable. The room was clean and well appointed. The AC worked great, and the bathroom was very clean. The sheets were clean and crisp, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely consider this location again the next time I am in town.

You get what you pay for. This property was one of the cheaper postings we saw and we needed a one night stay. They accommodated our dogs and granted the pool was loud. They cleared out by quite hour and things were smooth. Was super skeptical based off online but when I got here a got to my room I was impressed it was pretty clean and I atleast felt comfortable.
