I booked and paid a month in advance for 2 queen bed and they “updated” my room to a king I needed 2 beds for 4 ppl. They had a major event and gave my room away. I travelled 4 hours to get this. How am I to sleep four in one bed? I had to cancel and go elsewhere.

It was great! They did have to change my reservation because they got a “large group” which put me in a king size room instead of a double. I wasn’t a fan of that but oh well. Other than that, it was great!
