Nestled among the trees sits a darling cabin that provides an escape from busy lives in the city, however, this country cabin, while giving a feeling of seclusion is just minutes from the quaint downtown square of Wimberley.

This newly constructed cabin has been expertly decorated and is the perfect destination for your getaway in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. With exceptional attention to detail, from the luxurious linens, to the beautifully curated country chic décor, the Mountain Laurel Cabin is the ideal place to settle into a relaxing vacation.

Lounge around in the comfortable bedrooms, or relax in front of a fire in the cozy living area. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals for a romantic evening in; or eat under the stars on your private patio.

This adorable two bedroom cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, or bring the kids for a quick weekend retreat. For larger groups, reserve one of the other two cabins located on the property as well. Designed with an eye to privacy, you can have the seclusion many crave with the convenience of being nearby friends and family if and when you want.

**The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness is always our top priority. We offer a 24-hour guest service contact number for emergencies and messages will be answered promptly. The property is great and we had a wonderful stay. Everything is just as advertised. We love Wimberley and the area around there.One thing that might need to be addressed to avoid confusion
the information for the WiFi is different on a card in the cabin compared to what was sent to us.

We loved this cabin! It was super convenient, adorable cabin- perfect for 4 people. The bathroom and shower is a bit outdated but other than that I loved it and would def return. Thank you!

Great location close to Wimberley

A short drive to Wimberley and all the shops and restaurants. We are repeat visitors to the cabins and enjoy our stays. Clean, easy access, all the necessities provided, peaceful porch to sit on. We did notice more traffic on the road the cabin sits off of this time but it’s only noticeable if you are outside.

Great stay

Property is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Only slept on the king bed and rested very well - no sore back in the morning! Shower had great pressure. There was a slight issue with the internet. Texted property manager around 11 p.m. thinking would get an answer the next morning; however, we had a response almost immediately. Problem solved. Would certainly stay here again.

Overall good experience.

Overall I was happy with our stay. Quaint little place in the beautiful hill country. It was in a great location and the perfect distance for us to check out San Marcos, Wimberley, and Austin.I really liked that there was a separate room for my son and the master bed had a king size bed.Some things that made it not a 5 star rating for me:1. The check in process was a little different than other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. There were extra documents to deal with and extra charges per guest.2. The only tv in the house was pretty small and the couch is placed at a 90 degree angle from it. There was only one (not very comfortable chair) facing the tv. This made it awkward to enjoy a movie with two of us. I can’t imagine what you would do with 3 or 4 people.3. The master bed did not have a headboard. This wouldn’t have been a problem except when I went to rearrange the pillows I could see all the dust and dirt that had collected on the base board in the gap between the wall and the bed. Again, overall we had a good experience. There were just a few things that made it not a 5 for me.

Spring Weekend

Mountain Laurel was perfect for our "Girls' Weekend." Three friends shared the cabin with plenty of room for R&R. Large refrigerator and kitchen sufficient for prepared ahead dinners. We loved the outside space and privacy. Would most definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway

Adorable abode. Very clean and comfortable has everything we needed. Make up remover wipes and Q-Tips nice touch. Close enough to the square to be convenient but far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing.
