Just a hop, skip and a splash to the Guadalupe River or Canyon Lake. Whether you are here to fly fish, tube the famous Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River, boat or go to a concert at White Water Amphitheater, our newly renovated home is central to entertainment, restaurants and more! Yet it feels like you are away from it all in the quiet community. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it will sleep up to 8 guests - perfect for families, or couples! It's a charming place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything Canyon Lake & the Guadalupe River have to offer!



Fully furnished with all the comforts of home and a huge fenced in back yard for your fur friends! Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The master boasts a king bed with an en suite private full bath. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. The guest bath is right across the hall from the guest bedroom and convenient to the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer just down the hall so you can pack light. Catch an amazing sunset from the back yard while relaxing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats or grill up some steaks on the charcoal grill while the kids play cornhole and watch the fireflies dance.



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.



The house is conveniently located only 2 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater and Canyon Lake and boat ramp #1, 17 miles from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 19 miles away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, 46 miles away. You are also 54 miles from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!

Christmas rendezvous with family

Three family members met up for a Christmas vacation in Hill Country. The house was very comfortable and we were quite happy with the accommodations. The neighborhood is a mix of upscale and older homes, which was surprising to us, but turned out not to be a problem. We heartily recommend this house to others.

Wished the house was in a better location!

The property was excellent but where the property is situated not good for us. We could not take our dog to walk in the mornings around the neighborhood as some neighbors were not nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this property.

Family Thanksgiving Function

Came to stay for the weekend to see family for a Thanksgiving gathering. We need a place to stay near by. The home was very clean and backyard was cute as could be minus the surprise cemetery across the fence that we were able to see after sunset. The neighborhood was not ideal for what we paid but it was a clean place to lay our head. We pretty much just slept there but kind of felt on the edge with all the notes and threats of fines. Kind of made us feel as if we needed to “walk on eggshells” while we were there. Of all the AB&B’s Ive stayed at, I have to say I felt the least relaxed here. It was very clean is tge best thing I can really say about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were attending wedding at Walahalla resort over the weekend. When we arrived on Friday we had trouble opening the lock on front door. Management needs to give more specific direction. Also the floors are concrete and the commercial cleaner gives a harsh odor when entering. The closet floor was full of visible dust. The electrical outlets needed reset but instructions should be provided. The home has beautiful furnishings and all amenities. We enjoyed our short stay.

We took advantage of the backyard- spent our early mornings sitting outside enjoying the cool weather and beautiful view. Only cons would be that we were greeted by a scorpion when we arrived and a few spiders inside the house throughout the weekend. The room with the bunk bed gets a little warm in the middle of the night so we do recommend leaving the door to that room open to allow air to circulate. Other than these things, the home was cleanand had all the amenities we needed. If you are floating the river, this house is the best for you! Only 5 min away to float! We'll be back!
