On the Guadalupe River! River access! 2 pools, 4 hot tubs! One pool is heated in winter! BBQ grills, a well manicured huge green lawn shaded by pecan trees! Downtown, Comal river and Schliterbahn are both around the corner! So close you could walk or bike! Take a quick 5 minute drive to Gruene Historic District! The balcony on this corner unit is perfect for enjoying the view and keeping an eye on your little ones. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed. The pullout couch is also a queen and has all of the linens provided.

We had a memorable vacation at waterwheel condos and will definitely return next year to the same place. It has a nice access to the river and kids had fun at the vast private backyard. Aimee was extremely flexible with our requests. We had asked for stools for the toddlers just few hours before the checkin time. But Aimee made that happen and it was one less thing to worry about for us. All that we needed for us and the kids were right there in the unit. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Super flexible and responsive. It was such a relaxing vacation and a nice break from the city. Thank you Aimee for hosting us.

We found the rental to be larger than expected, well furnished, nice furniture, and beautiful green area behind the condo. It was easy to get food delivered and had a great selection of restaurants and entertainment close by. The hosts were quick to answer their phones when I had a couple minor questions.

Great Location

You can go near I35 and get to all the staple type of places to shop and eat or you can take the short drive to the town square and enjoy local flavor. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the area. Great quiet place.

Fantastic Stay

We went to stay with friends as our husbands went on a hike for the weekend. My friend and I and our kids just loved it. The location was perfect. Right on the River, lots of greenery space, great pool, and the home was comfortable and clean! We had a great time. The kids spent so much time running and playing outside. We will definitely be back!

River Trip

The condo was the perfect location for floating the comal or Guadalupe. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to keep in contact with the property manager as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Perfect location, central to everything. The outdoor space and river are a huge plus. You’re only a few yards to the Guadalupe river and pool area . We will definitely return, the manager of the property was also very responsive and checked in on us a few times during the stay.
