Our heat quit working at 4 am in our room . We called front desk many times and went down and no one was there. We were freezing . At 6:30 am we finally found someone , who is kitchen / breakfast staff mainly. Told him the problem . No one addressed it. They didn’t even try to speak to us about the problem We got limited sleep due to freezing in our room . The rest of the property was very clean, no odors notes in halls etc. I just don’t think you should not be able to reach someone at the desk etc . What you have a problem . Someone should be staffed or available to answer calls for problems at all times . And they should actually address the problem not ignore it
