Smelly dog room

Our room smelled like a dog , even the pillows smelled , staff was very nice, convenient to Highway, no issues with parking room was nice and cool, the only other issue was the breakfast. There was no fruit.

Stayed 3 nights this time, stayed 4 nights at a different Hilton in same town 2weeks before. The Hampton had an incompetent front desk attendant who completely avoided me when I asked when my room would be serviced on the third day I was there. The housekeeper literally yelled at me and tapped her wristwatch when I asked her first. She told me to go get towels downstairs and and take the garbage out myself. The head of housekeeping later came by with towels and offered to make the bed but I had already done it. Also I’ve stayed at Hilton for 9 nights in August and only got one nights credit and never received the 190$ from incidentals back to my debit card from the Hilton Garden inn. They claim to know nothing about it. Feeling very “ honored”.

Needs a good cleaning

Room was clean but common areas seemed dingey and dated. Breakfast area was swamped with people and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was also a very strong sewage smell outside the building.

Property was located just off I-95 which made it very convenient to get to, even in the dark. Check-in was quick and the room was clean and comfortable. The hair dryer didn't work and neither did the phone to call downstairs to get a replacement. That was a bit frustrating, but not a big deal. They should have ice water available at breakfast. Not everyone can drink juice or coffee.

The room. The elevators. The hallways. We’re all very dirty. The room smelled very bad and the lobby in the elevator smelled very bad. There was some type of eyelashes stuck to the shower.
