Room was clean and updated. I would have given a 4 star review if it was not for the fact that we could not get wi-fi initially. The only way we could get it was from signing up with Hilton Honors. True....it was free for 7 days but we had to fill out a form to sign up giving access to email and phone and agree to receive promotional ads, etc. It is explained that we could cancel later but this should definitely not be a requirement for something as basic as wi-fi access. Every other facility I have stayed in simply gives you a code. Staff tried to assist by saying that I should use Hilton Lobby instead of Hilton Honors to access but when I attempted that it just gave me an error message. Staff admitted that they too were having issues accessing connection.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However at check in the computer was down and I was unable to obtain a key. By the time I returned to the hotel the key was still available. Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable.
