Great hotel! Clean, spacious and Pet friendly!!

Super nice hotel!! The front desk staff, Britni in particular, were super friendly! We were in town for an overnight stay, for a concert at Westville Music Bowl ~ while my husband and child were at the concert, I wanted to explore the area, Britni suggested a few dog friendly beaches (since our dog joined us for this trip) ~ then the morning of check out we were able to fuel up with the continental breakfast offerings. The hotel was very clean, the room was top notch! We will definitely stay here again when we have the opportunity. Also, the elevators were SUPER fast!

The room was excellent. The pool and hot tub were awesome; the only downside was the noise factor in the pool area due to the kids, which was astounding. They need to close the pool at 10 for under-18s and keep it open for adults until 12 or 1 am.

During my visit, a facilities staff member, who identified himself as Italian, stated that it was acceptable to harass and yell at patrons when requesting to see pool badges. His approach was aggressive and inappropriate. Furthermore, his enforcement appeared discriminatory—he specifically approached Black patrons to address beverage restrictions, while at least five white patrons were permitted to openly carry cups filled with liquor and were visibly intoxicated without being confronted.

It was a spacious room, well kept and clean. Limited food options, and the parking was severely restricted. Somehow, at night the environs did not feel safe as there were many large semis parked around the property and lots of men smoking outside. Often, there was not well lit parking for two women visiting to set up a dorm. It felt unsafe. The laundry was greatly appreciated, as were the helpful staff. Overall cleanliness was also a plus.

Nice hotel, nice pool, nice breakfast

We had a nice overnight stay. I was a little put off with the questioning at the front desk regarding number of people in the room and who would be using the pool and signing something that said we couldn't have any guests. It felt odd. Only other concern was that our non smoking room clearly smelled like smoke. Not enough to complain and change rooms but just enough that I said hmm this is supposed to be a non smoking room.
