Hallways upgraded, room painted with new vinyl flooring but couch disgusting. Lipstick on a pig. Terribly noisy, charged for parking and thought fees and taxes were included $73. Would never stay at one of their properties again

This motel is terrible! I will never stay there again, the bed was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, we did not get a good night's sleep at all, it felt unsafe because there were people hanging all around the front of the place asking us for cigarettes and how much the hotel is, then I saw a woman that was hanging out in front of the hotel holding up a sign at a exit ramp. Never again! STAY AWAY!!

the place was under renovations and was very dirty. cigarette burns everywhere, even in the tub. drawers all broken and screwed shut. faucets hard to use, drain clogged, everytime air conditioner came on it smelled like Marijuana in the room. would not recommend. did not even dare eat breakfast there. terriable nights sleep

Bathroom looked like it had mold in it the soap they provide is tiny like smaller then hand soap for the shower also the curtains dont stay up and there was paper towels i believe in the wall but the holder they were in was messed up so i didnt even bother bed wasn’t the best but wasnt bad ac was great tho tv was also mid had a hard time switching channels and stuff cause the remote sucks

Would have been nice it we were informed the lobby was under renovations and that only 1 elevator was working. The groups of people riding their motorcycles and four wheelers up and down the road all night long on Saturday night was a pain, along with house music being played somewhere that came right in the a/c unit and the thin windows until 2:30 a.m.

The room was extremely noisy with street/traffic noises. The elevator was not working properly so you had to call the front desk/service to go up or down each time. The guy told us he got called in to work the elevator because he was filling in for a guy that had just recently been arrested and deported!! The bathroom definitely needs updating although it was clean, it was just very aged. This hotel was very close to the Tweed/New Haven airport but did not offer a bar and/or restaurant. It appeared this hotel was used by out of town construction workers as that was the only clientele we saw during our stay there.

Overall very good hotel

The stay was good. It was clean, staff very friendly. The only thing we didn't like, The elevatores were down it was very enconvenience. And my room The TV was rented not working i reported they said it will take a few minutes then i call again they said it was the weekend they had no one to look at it, then i call again and they said it was the cable company with the problem. So, by then it was too late we were leaving tuesday. Not cool!

YOU HAVE A JACKHAMMER BLASTING LOUDLY RIGHT IN TH RM NEXT DOOR. THE CONSTRUCTION AREA WAS SEPARATE FROM BREAKFAST BY A MEAGER PKASTIC SHEET. WHAT IF AN OBJECT GOT HURLED THRU THAT THIN PLASTIC SHEET? THEN THERE WAS THE BARKING DOG NEXT DOOR. WE CD NOT SLEEP DUE TO THE WHINING, BARKING!!! AT BREAKFAST YOU PROVIDED NOOOOO DRINKS FOR KIDS!!! YOU NEED TO GET SOME STREAMING CHANNELS INSTEAD OF THE CHEAPER VERSION IF TELEVISION: CABLE MY FRIEND TOLD ME SGE DOESNT GO TO LA QUINTA. WORD IS GETTING AROUND, GUYS CMON, MAN UP!

Affordable and covenient!

Check in easy! Location directly facing large highway however sound not an issue. Lobby under renovation but not an issue to access. Couch in room stale and musty. Beds clean and comfy. Bathroom needs attention to tiles and floor for repair but very clean otherwise. Great Italian restaurant in adjacent parking lot. Industrial area, so not inclined to walk around. Quick access to and from exit at highway. Faces ocean inlet but not accesdible by walking as crossing major roadway. Accessible by car.

The bathroom was not cleaned when I went into the room. Towels still on the floor. The sheets still had other people’s hair on it. I was unable to change rooms as I “allegedly” had the last room available. The elevators don’t with without an operator and you have to call down everytime you wanted to leave so they can send the elevator up to you.

They allowed a very late checkin given the terrible storms and traffic so responded quickly. They were available for broken elevator service. Didnt like that they did have 1 elevator for all, required a staff to bring us up and down. Since we were there 2-3am we didnt have to wait but because I had an elderly person, a 4 year old and pouring rain it wasnt the most convenient. Our room with pull out bed had no mattress or cushions, not the cleanest or nicest looking room. It was not a great room and all floor. We called and they got us a double queen 4 floors up so lots of traveling with bags and family to a better room. Breakfast was better but room smelled of wet dog sitting in the dining area.

One elevator in operation (fits 5 maybe) is manned by an operator and you must call the front desk to request an elevator to your floor to exit (10 minute wait 1st time). The rooms are dilapidated, many electrical outlets did not work, wifi was nonexistent (had to use personal phone as hot spot), bathroom amenities were a sample size bar of Dove soap with Dove shampoo and conditioner (trial size containers). Window darkening shade was torn and shoddy. Furniture was badly worn and very dated. Room void or carpeting, exposed breaker panel in wall.
