Lakefront Cottage

Come enjoy the beauty of Badin Lake and stay in this lakefront cottage! The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open kitchen/dining/living space. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. Kitchen/Dining area seats six and there is a table for 6 outside as well. The couch pulls out and makes a comfortable spot to watch movies once the sun goes down and it’s time to wind down. The house is nice, but the view outside is one of the best. Located in a cove, you have the safety of swimming and playing right off the dock without boats speeding by. The dock is covered and has a double jet ski dock attached. Sit on the patio, enjoy the view of the lake, and watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed with the view.


There is also a lot to do and see in surrounding areas.

A Perfect 5-Star Lakeside Escape!Just returned from the most fantastic weekend getaway at this lakefront cottage, and I can't recommend it highly enough!From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take immense pride in the property. It's such a relief when you walk into a vacation rental and everything feels fresh and cared for—it immediately puts your mind at ease and lets you start relaxing right away.The lakefront location provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly the escape we needed from city life. Second year staying here for the Jeep Jamboree. Very nice small house on the lake. Two bedrooms and one bath. Nice patio to sit out on nice evenings. Appreciate being able to check in after Noon as we traveled from VA. Have everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. Bunk beds in one room and large bed in 2nd bedroom. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc. WiFi was good and we did watch a couple movies in the evening on their Amazon/HBO package.

We were a little disappointed because we had our seadoos but the docks already had seadoos on them. Maybe consider not having them on the docks as the guests may have their own. Thats one of the reasons we booked the place as we had stayed there last. Otherwise we had a great time.

Amazing Lakehouse!

We lived, we laughed, we loved, we laked! We had the most amazing girls trip and found the property to be extremely clean and very well stocked. The kayaks were also so fun! It was very nice that there were things there for us to use. We also loved the next door neighbor dog. 11/10 would stay again!

Comfortable lake house

We stayed for 4 days when we attended the 2024 jeep jamboree. Plenty of parking and right on the water. Comfortable chairs to hand out on the patio and sit on the dock. The house is small but great for two. AC kept us cool, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and living room condo. Location wonderful. House was like the pictures. Would stay here again.

Beautiful View On The Lake

We were looking for a place to stay on the water where we could fish and relax for the weekend 
 this place exceeded our expectations !!! We loved the steps going down to the lake house! The house is the perfect size for a small family. The kitchen cabinets were my favorite, and now I’m looking at replacing the cabinets at our house! The beds were comfortable and we all slept peacefully! We did some late night relaxing by the fire pit as well. Let’s not forget the fishing. We didn’t catch anything but we had lots of bites! They have 3 kayaks to use, but we had so many things we wanted to do that we didn’t get a chance to use those. The neighbors are very nice! My favorite part was watching the sunset on the dock!! You just can’t beat the view that this lake house offers!!! We even had a crane pay us a loud visit lol. We jumped when he first came by but then we laughed when our daughter said she thought a teradactyl was going to eat her !!! We will be back for sure !!!

A great lakefront cabin!

We’ve stayed at this house three times. It gets better every time! Location to boat ramp is wonderful! Well stocked, clean and the owner is great! Thanks again for allowing us to stay while we fished. We love this place!

Great Weekend Getaway

This lakefront cottage is clean, expertly decorated, and perfect for a weekend stay for a couples getaway. Check in was super easy, and the hosts were communicative and clear. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We launched our boat at the landing in the next cove and kept it docked during our stay. Overall, a wonderful trip and I would absolutely recommend and stay again!
