The 45th Parallel home-away-from home! Enjoy our beautiful 5-bedroom luxury cabin with private suites, balconies, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, family-game room, and double story views, and create memories that will last a lifetime! Within minutes from the cabin, you can easily access a stocked-fishing pond, a natural hot spring, numerous trails for biking, hiking and riding ATVs, as well as having full access to the clubhouse to play 18-holes of golf, hit around a ball on the tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball courts, or lounge by the pool enjoying refreshments at the snack-bar. Want to explore the area? Enjoy a scenic 9-mile jaunt to McCall, ski at historic Brundage Mountain Resort (fewer than 20 minutes away), or fish for salmon and steelhead on the Little Salmon River (6 miles away) or Big Salmon River

Master has queen bed & private master bath. Upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin roll-away that is can be pulled out of the closets and setup. One bunk room downstairs has bunk bed with twin on top, double on the bottom, then a twin trundle. Final downstairs bunk room has bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom.

Well equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and adjacent dining area with a view! Large dining room table seats 8 and 4 more can be seated at kitchen island.
Living room has vaulted ceiling full height windows to provide outstanding views of the valley and the mountains.

The family game room with foosball and a television, plus the same views of the living room is a great place to entertain. Wi-fi internet is available in the house and there's a ping pong table in the garage. Televisions in the living room and master bedroom have Dish Network.

Relax from the endless fun by hanging out on the cabin’s wrap-around porch, sitting by the outdoor fireplace, grilling and gathering with loved ones, all while taking in the breathtaking scenery and wildlife.

MeadowCreek Clubhouse is open to the public but has a daily / per person access fee. Please contact the clubhouse for pricing and availability.

Perfect setting for family gathering!

Coming from Florida, I never asked if home had air conditioning. We quickly learned that by opening the windows and doors and turning on fans nature solved the problem. It was more than adequate. I wore my sweat shirt in the mornings and had coffee by the fire pit on the deck and watched the sunrise each morning. The great room and kitchen area was the perfect setting for our 10 to catch up and reconnect. Kitchen was more than adequately stocked. Even had champagne glasses for our after wedding celebration. Wish I could move this house to my next vacation area.

Great Getaway

Great home for family. We enjoyed the views and the spacious kitchen. the kids were bummed out that the pin ball machine listed in the photos and description was out of order, however it was still a great basement for movies after the sun goes down.

Good place.

Great house but inaccurate bed descriptions. Does not sleep 15. There are 10 beds and two of them are horribly small single roll away cots and one horribly uncomfortable trundle bed. You could feel the bars underneath on all 3. The big beds are all queens. Had zero help when I called. Zero phone calls back.

Our Second Stay

We stayed at this property last year and it served us so well that our group decided to repeat the trip this year. This house is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra large dining room table (it seats 10 easily)... perfect for gathering for meals and games.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our time immensely and would rent this property again. The home is spacious, beautiful and the views are incredible! The one thing that we believe could be improved is having papers available with basic information and instructions. We figured things out and I emailed for the wifi password. In the past, we’ve always had this information readily available. We were told it was on the property, but it wasn’t. Also, there are some things that need fixed-pavers going up to the front door are loose and need secured, shower on main floor has no hot water, and sliding glass door in dining room needs fixed. Thank you.

Beautiful and Spacious

The cabin was beautiful and had lots of room. We particularly liked the large kitchen and big table for family meals. The view was picturesque and the area was fun and relaxing. It was very hot while we were there, so having no air conditioning at night was a challenge, especially for the people on the top floor. That was the only downside of our trip.

Excellent. Amazing. Perfect.

Great view, welcoming home, good cooking space. The cooking tools weren't the best, and we flew in so that was kind of a problem but not the worst thing that ever happened. If you are driving in, I would recommend bringing some essentials and spices, etc. No leftover storage at all, so bring your own if that is important to you. McCall is not that far away if you need to stock up. The local stores in New Meadows are there for true essentials, but expensive and limited. We had an amazing trip, and none of the above is meant to be negative, just something I wish I had researched a little more before coming up. I didn't think to ask these questions, but will know for next time!

Nice home, pretty area

Beautiful home and area.. we liked the design and space. Worked great for family. We liked the games ... but wished the equipment was better working ( pinball machine does not work, football table was in need of repair but functional). Cleanliness was ok.... dog hair was evident and some of the pans were greasy. All in all still good place to stay. Thanks for sharing your home!
