Fantastic location in Barton-on-Sea!

Bayside is a ground floor. easy access, garden apartment with a sea view from the Garden, and on the edge of The New Forest. It was recently renovated to a high ‘Luxury Hotel Suite’ style standard. Absolutely everything looks like new!
It's in the heart of Barton-on-Sea, just across the road from the path to the beach, the ‘Beachcomber Café’ and ‘Pebble Beach’ restaurant. The popular Cliff House bar, restaurant, hotel, with occasional live music etc., is about a 10 minute walk away,
New Milton shops, restaurants etc., and railway station is only about 1 mile away.

Bayside is a light, bright modern apartment with quality fittings.
Fibre high speed (60 + mbps) wi-fi internet, with 2 x 32" LED Smart TV's with built-in DVD players, in both living room and bedroom.
The kitchen area has a double ceramic hob, oven, sink, combi-microwave oven air fryer and good size fridge freezer. Nespresso Coffee machine.
A luxury bedroom with double bed, bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe. Also further storage in 4 drawers in the base of the bed.
There’s a Washer / Dryer in a cupboard with more storage space above for hanging clothes, storing baggage etc., a hotel style digital safe. Also an iron and ironing board, clothes horse, mop, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.

Luxury shower room. With ‘rain effect’ over head shower plus hand held shower.

The living room has a large sofa which makes a good extra single bed.

"Stunning apartment in a beautiful, peaceful area. Martin was a brilliant host and everything from check-in through to check-out was seamless and hassle free. He has plenty of knowledge of the surrounding area for places to eat and explore and any questions are answered very quickly. Just wow! Holidays are mostly good but Martin & Tuk made ours even better. The apartment feels like a hotel room and a home at the same time, with the benefits of both worlds - modern style, quality fittings (the shower is amazing!), welcome treats... Our 12 year old daughter found the sofa-bed super comfortable and we all enjoyed Netflix and the TV channels when the weather was not good. And we've never stayed so close to the seaside and also a great cafe! Martin was always quick to answer any questions.

Amazing find! Martin and Tuk we lovely hosts and I couldn't have asked for more. Very quick and detailed replies. The flat is everything you see in the pictures plus more! It's even nicer in person than in the pictures, I was amazed. The bathroom especially is BEAUTIFUL with a rainfall shower head. Extremely clean and very comfortable. It's a stone's throw from the beach and close to local shops and everything you need really. 100% recommended!!

There's simply not enough stars for both the location and the hospitality. Martin and Tuk are excellent hosts who go the extra mile to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. The flat is lovely, everything has a new feeling, and the location.... wow. Honestly one of the most stunning settings I've seen, and literally a stone's throw from the front door. There's also a couple of really nice bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk, with views across the coast and the Isle of Wight. Absolutely perfect. I can guarantee a relaxing and hugely enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find, beautiful location for an apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Martin was a fabulous host, offering suggestions of places to eat and drink locally and being really accommodating for all our needs. The apartment was really clean and beautifully presented. Being opposite the beach was amazing, we enjoyed trips to the beach and the local bars and cafes and a beautiful coastal walk to Avon beach. We would definitely recommend and hope to return!
