Please read the entire review. When we arrived there were a few things that were not in good repair. There were several lights that were burnt out, the curtain in the living room was down and was difficult to put back up. The tiems in the kitchen were somewhat sparsed for a condo with space for six adults.
I communicated tha ttyo the management and htey were extremely fast to apologize and even had some larger coffee mugs and a wamr blanket delivered to our door.
The neighborhood was a little sketchy but now anything other than what we were expecting in and big city nowadays.
When the management called me after our stay, I gave them my review and they without even hesitating offered me a $100 discount on my next stay with them.
Because of the way they treated my complaints and how they responded so quickly I will definitely stay with them again somewhere else.
