Our host Eric provided excellent customer service and he communicated with us consistently. The VRBO was very spacious, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to all of the locations that we wanted to visit.

Easy access to condo. Secure street entrance. Great communication with owner. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Somewhat sketchy area. Just off the lighted sidewalk but felt ok. Problem with the bed. One side is extremely worn out. Really need to replace this. I. I could not have slept in this for 5 nights. Luckily wife was able to manage with it and not fall off the bed.

Great Stay!

Between the apartment itself, the location and especially the communication with the property manager, this is phenomenal apartment that I will definitely book again whenever I'm back in New Orleans. It is what it is advertised to be and even more.

Terrific Location - Fabulous Condo

I cannot give this property or owner enough kudo's! The place is amazing, clean and the perfect location to walk, grab a bus or streetcar to wherever you want to go in NOLA. The condo is well equipped with anything you need, the owners are amazing to work with and very responsive. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Great stay

A very nice condo in a good location. It was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The Quarter is just a short walk away, as are numerous restaurants. And having the trolley close by makes longer trips out to City Park or the Garden District doable. I especially appreciated the excellent communication with Eric and his flexibility with check-in and check-out times as we had some flight changes. If we come back to New Orleans, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!!

The property and location were as described in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very close to everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and venues. You can also catch a streetcar right out front. Eric was great with any necessary communication and very responsive! We had a great time!

FANTASTIC Apartment!

My husband and I recently visited New Orleans for the first time, booking this apartment for our week stay. The space was lovely, appointed with everything we needed for comfortable downtime. Eric was fantastic to work with; lightening fast communication and promptly forthcoming with all the info we needed for smooth check in/out. Very accommodating also, for late checkout when I realized the down~time between our flights. The location was good, close to everything we needed and to the RTA which we utilized all week (trolley/bus). The only downside at all has nothing to do with this owner and that is, the CBD can get a little rough looking with trash on sidewalks and some homeless camping at night. I think that could be said for Quarter also, or any part of the City perhaps. Trolley can get a little loud but the apartment is so cute and cozy, we didn’t mind one bit. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to rent from Eric again!!! Such a nice option over tiny hotel rooms booking for higher rates. Well done with this rental offering!!!
