I loved everything about the hotel, but my friends car was damaged while in valet parking all weekend. We hadn’t driven the car since we turned it into valet and upon receiving her car back, there was a very large crack on her window that was not there before.

The Staff was extremely rude or dismissive. The bartender at the hotel (her name was Renee) should never be in customer service! She had an attitude and didn't want to make a drink or serve us because her shift was about to end in 15 minutes! The room may look modern but there was no microwave. Our room was on the 13th floor. It was noisy and the bathroom had no ceiling vent and only a mirrored sliding door that was loud everytime you went to close it. No privacy. I will never stay there again

The staff were extremely nice, the hotel itself was adorable, and it’s in a convenient location. There’s a pool table and beautiful art & decor in the lobby area. The only complaints I have are that the AC did not stay set on the temperature I set it on, and I got a tad warm, there was a $150 refundable deposit that isn’t listed/shown in the Expedia app when booking (but parking fees are deducted from that total), and the parking fee is actually $52, not $43. It’s $43 PLUS taxes and fees. Additionally, the bathroom area is only semi-private and I didn’t love that, but there was a sliding door that provided some privacy for toilet and shower use. Overall, I was pleased with the stay!

I was given a room with broken amenities, water went off for hours, ac malfunctioned and blew out hot air. I spoke to staff they said tell the company I booked with. I spoke to Expedia and I wasn’t compensated. Not the best experience for a vacation.
