I like that the hotel is not near the busy traffic but accessible on the service road that is parallel to the I-10 highway. The GPS is messed up in bringing me to the exact location. The GPS brought me to a storage unit across the hotel which is also on a service road on the other side of the I-10 highway. I also find the hotel unique with its location near Walmart, fast food chains and pharmacy. Be careful with the crowds just like in any major US cities.

You had to request housekeeping the day before and I did request it for the entire time and did nit get it. Customer Service at the front desk horrible. Also, they were having a event that included loud music and people all during the night, I ended up checking out early it was horrible!!

I didn't get breakfast too early for me to get up. I did feel safe and it was convenient for why I was there moving to and from. Rooms were clean and quiet and staff was very pleasant. No issues and next time I visit I plan to stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

There was a laundry list of things that were wrong with the room and yes, the breakfast was horrible, but the staff were excellent!! For the first three mornings came down with a list of things that needed to be fixed and by the time we got back that night, most of them were fixed, except for the fire alarm situation that took about three days..
