This was not the hotel I thought I was staying at. Your site needs to list Caesar's hotel separate from Harrahs. It’s very confusing if you’re not familiar with the property. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I needed to request housekeeping. They didn’t come the first day so I had to call. They sent someone but it was very awkward. They didn’t replenish some of the towels nor the coffee mugs or items. The toilet made a clank every time you sit down. The shower made a loud howl sound and the water went cold. There were no restaurants in the hotel except a highly priced steak place. No one working there knew anything about the area to make suggestions. Overall I was disappointed in the stay.

The cleaning service was excellent, but it felt like they were constantly trying to charge you extra. For a late checkout after 2:00 PM, they wanted to charge for an additional night. This drives business travelers away from the hotel, especially when the hotel isn’t full and it feels like no effort is being made for the guest. It was also noisy in the hallways at night.

Staff made lots of noise in the hallway while cleaning. I never received my hotel deposit back on my card. The casino was nice, but you couldn't win anything. I would go to the casino, but I would never stay at the hotel again.

The information in booking the hotel was confusing since reservations were made for Ceasar's Hotel and room located at Harrah's Hotel. Had to request chairs and luggage rack for room. Also, there were several lightbulbs were out in the room. Eventually, had to change rooms which was better.
