âą The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Things to know
âą This unit is on the 2nd floors of the building with no elevator.
âą We may use video surveillance in public areas.
âą For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
âą Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
âą Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
âą State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
âą City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay.
âą A high chair and Pack ân Play are available upon request
House rules
âą House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
âą The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
âą NO SMOKING in unit. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
âą Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
âą Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
âą Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
âą Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
âą Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
âą For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
