Every one was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We did struggle a little with the air conditioning ( sometimes too warm sometimes too chilly). Parking was easy. We had stayed here before as the hotel is just a few blocks from our daughter’s house.

The fire alarm went off during the middle of the night, I was staying on the 5th floor, walked down to the ground floor. Had to walk back up to the 5th. In the morning, the elevator was still not operational. Again, walked down to ground floor for breakfast and up again to gather my belongings. Thank goodness one of the elevators was working when I was ready to leave. Right now, I need to investigate an additional charge to my credit card.

probably one of the cleanest properties that we've stayed in and the staff was so nice. the garden district is definitely where you want to stay and the streetcar runs parallel with the hotel the pool is cute and the breakfast is fresh and yummy :) pretty much 5 star across the board :)
