Room was dirty when we got in they refused to switch us rooms. The channels on the TV barely worked. Ac worked half the time front desk said they would send an engineer up to the room but they never came. Will not be staying here again.

The rooms were clean and well cared for. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect 1/2 a block from bourbon Street and within walking distance of most attractions downtown.

Location, location, location! Rooms were clean and great for the price. You are in the heart of Bourbon Street area. Walking distance to public transportation. Head one way and you have night life. Head the other and you have a combination of high priced and affordable art galleries and shops. If you like a great dive bar a block from Erin Rose. If you like upscale and fancy hit bars like the Carousel Bar.

The staff was very nice, and the housekeeping was excellent. All problems with our room were promptly solved. This was a great place to stay in the French quarter near Bourbon Street. Since it was off Bourbon Street we did not have any noise issues.
