Overall good place to stay. It was my first time in NOLA so I can't compare it to other hotels. What I didn't like was how the cleaning service allowed the room doors to repeatedly slam as they were cleaning at 8:00 am. I was trying to sleep.

Great character and location. But- beds have almost nothing thicker than a sheet. Cold nights- no blanket in closet. Took 3 requests to get hangers for closets, no microwave in entire place, refrigerator really tiny. Shower controls a nightmare. Had it personally demonstrated to us twice before we could take a decent temp shower. Wastebaskets tiny. Ice machine really well hidden with no signs. Just everything a pain and took a long time to resolve. Wouldn’t stay there again. Car valet person was a 12/10 though!
