The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The concierge helped set our group up with a discounted swamp tour which was awesome. The areas around the hotel…look it’s New Orleans…nothing is “clean” per se when you’re out and about, but that’s to be expected. Still a great hotel, great location, you can walk to everything. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it.

The staff was excellent, Erik was so helpful and Hari and Ali were awsum. The girls at the front desk went up and above to help us. Tom was a great help with our tours. I would recommend the Hyatt Centric to anyone.
