I had a medical emergency and had to cancel and the hotel and expedia still charged me even after I called both and explained that I couldn’t travel they were rude and not understanding at all highly disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again should have been an easy decision to refund me my money being that I had a medical emergency and absolutely could not travel.

I had a layover on the train and the location was great. It was very close to the train station. It was also close to the French quarter. I was able to walk there which I didn’t mind. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.
