Gorgeous Lobbym staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Got a lovely room and it was spotless and comfortable. Restaurants and staff are AMAZING inside hotel (Pete's for breakfast and Trenasse for drinks and dinner!)

Staff was attentive. Lobby was very pretty. Trenasse restaurant is inside the hotel, but not affiliated. Great happy hour, before our show at Saenger Theatre. Very walkable-great homey restaurant called The Street Cafe was a couple of doors down and really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Called the hotel and was told that they had charging stations for your car. It’s also listed as such. We get there and they do not have one. Ruined our plans for the night. Manager on duty said she could not compensate in any way and that the GM was not available. Could not get a refund being that we got in late and it was past check in time. Spent a lot of money for a very disappointing night.

We got to the Hotel at 4:30 when check in it’s at 4pm and they had no rooms available when I booked in advanced. It was not just my room it was everyone’s room. I had to be at a concert by 5:30 and they send us to go get ready at their public restrooms which by the way they were also clogged. They called me that my room was ready at 7 pm when I was already at the concert. When we get to our rooms our room restroom was also clogged. Not a good experience at all. Paid over $500 for one night with valet parking and for nothing. Not a good experience at all.
