The room I was given smelled like cat pee. I was not given any towels or soap and the show looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I found rotten fruit and peppers in a dresser drawer. I reported this to the front desk and she I would need to let the cleaning lady know. She did give me a couple towels and a bar of soap. I checked out the next morning and let the front desk person see a picture of the rotten food in the drawer. Neither seemed very concerned and did not do anything to resolve the issue.

the front desk photocopied my driver's license and my payment card along with my security card number which was sketchy because no other hotel has done that. I got a basic room and it was more spacious than other places I've stayed at. I had a mini fridge that was bigger than most mini fridge, microwave and TV. the bathroom had 3 large mirrors over the sink and the main area had a full length mirror to get ready. everything worked fine in my room, a few missing and loose screws. most of the walls, doors and furnitures are dirty with stains all over. rooms definitely needs an upgrade. water pressure was good and had plenty of hot water. bedsheets and towels were washed. I had 3 furniture chairs and a lot of lamps that was bright enough for lighting. the floors were fake wood which I prefer over carpet hotels so my room didn't smell. complimentary parking and basic simple breakfast every morning, and ice machines. a male employee at the front desk kept staring at me while I ate breakfast. there's a pool that was keep clean, vending machines and laundry washer dryer area. close to downtown and other attractions. I came with friends and their room smelled like cigarettes and they didn't have toilet paper. housekeepers came and took my trash but didn't replace the trash bag and left the trash can on my bathroom sink which left the sink dirty

I reserved a room at La quinta based on pricing and okay reviewing. I go to the room and discover it has a nasty smell I do not think the room was properly cleaned, checked the bathroom to find the bathtub with water in it due to leaking. They had parts of the floor missing, water pressure was low. bed was uncomfortable, sheets smelled like old lady and ciggerates. took showers and we barely had any towels to dry off with and they smelled and irrirated our skin. Last resort

On arrival the lobby was full of guests waiting to check in, the lady in reception was fast and polite, I asked a ground floor room as my husband is disabled and she told me that there was none available. We got to room 219 and there were 3 pillows on the bed without pillow cases and they were stained and mouldy, the tub had standing water in it and there were no towels. The dresser was chipped and one of the doors was broken, the carpet had not been swept and there was pieces of garbage under the beds. I went back to the lobby and informed the receptionist that I thought housekeeping missed the room and she moved me to 223 which was marginally better. The only good thing about the room was the cold air and the nice size tv. I had to call down for towels which were delivered about an hour later. The staff were friendly but that didn’t make up for the condition of the room or property as a whole. The floors in the lobby were sticky, obviously we passed on the complimentary breakfast and ate at the ihop next to the hotel.

Only a place to lay your head.

There was only 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in our bathroom, no rags to take a shower with, our sheet was on top of the blanket. When we asked the front desk if we could get two rags and another towel(even though they were directly beside her) she said they would bring them to the room…never did. Mind you, we are by no means too good for common mistakes, but not giving the items while we’re standing in front of you and then not delivering them is pretty cruddy. The refrigerator had not one ounce of coolness, and it wasn’t possible to turn the volume up or down on the tv. I will say the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.

The mattress was covered in stains. you could see the stains thru the sheets. the floor was mildowed as well.it was a nasty room. when we complained and asked for a different room, at first they said there wasn't anything else available. When i showed them the pictures, they agreed to change rooms.

First, refrigerator would not close because freezer needed to be defrosted. Second, there was a small roach frozen in the ice. Third, roach crawling in the refrigerator. Fourth, no wash clothes, Fifth, floors filthy (don’t walk around in your socks. Sixth, horrible stain in the toilet. Old caulking around tub. Just HORRIBLE. Surprising because previous stay was nothing like this. Don’t think I will stay here again.

I cannot believe that Laquinta is associated with this property. It needs major overhaul, doors do not lock properly, bathroom is filthy. Carpet needs replaced, there was a smell in the room, couldn't get it out. I cannot recommend this place

One of the dirtiest LaQuinta's I have stayed in. People working on their cars right outside of doors. Property felt unsafe. Found hotel staff help curled up on a dining room chair, hoodie over head on her phone. Didn't even look up to see if I needed anything. Their is a reason that this place is cheap.

The first room we had stained nasty carpet and smelled.. girls clothes behind bathroom door…food dried in the tables..,sink wouldn’t drain I called the front desk and told them I wanted another room the next day because we we’re tired from flying from Illinois and just wanted to sleep..we moved the next morning to better room with wood like flooring but had trouble with the hot in the shower maintenance man fixed it then the tub wouldn’t while showering the water got up to the top when we were done.. phone wouldn’t work.. and no coffee pot in the holder..,I’ve stayed here twice when coming down to my daughters but I’m done staying at la Quinta !!!
