Large beautiful Bed and Breakfast with two story home w/open floor plan. Large den w/ fireplace, Dining room & Kitchen. Large Master bedroom tucked away downstairs w/private bathroom with separate shower and separate tub and large vanity. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 5th bedroom has a top twin bed & bottom full bed. 3 1/2 bathrooms and bonus room w/twin bunk beds. Upstairs has a large common sitting area with fish tank and air hockey table. Outside gas grill. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy the large oasis backyard with large Saltwater pool with attached Jacuzzi surrounded by a large deck with seating areas and umbrellas to block the sun. The owners live on the property in a detached apartment. Please let others in your group know that the owners live on the property. You will have full access to the main house and the surrounding grounds including the backyard.

A 21st birthday to remember

We stayed for 5 days for my daughters 21st birthday with family and friends. We loved the house and the backyard is so nice. Great for entertaining. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely stay there again.

We came for a bachelorette party fit ten girls super easily!The place is huge, hosts are kind and it’s only a 13 minute drive to the French quarter. So you’re close enough but as a group over 30 also far enough away!!

The check in was smooth and easy. The property is VERY nice with a huge back yard and pool/hot tub. House was very comfortable for all 9 of us adults. It was about 20 mins to the city and totally worth it!

Great house for big groups!

Great property with plenty of space. Very clean inside and spacious for big groups. Backyard was big with a fire-pit and a pool. The house had everything from towels to shampoo to plates and utensils for your needs. The host is great and helpful and respondes to any questions you have. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet, brightly lit, safe location about 10 minutes from downtown. House is huge with mostly open concept downstairs. Some updating would be a plus. Back yard amenities are great. Host is super friendly.

1st New Orleans trip

Wonderful house big enough for our group of 10, mostly adults. Had all the amenities needed. The back yard was a wonderful space to hang out after being downtown. The trip into town wasn’t bad about 10-15 minutes. It was our 1st trip to New Orleans. The owner gave us great recommendations for food and let us know about a fest going on. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back!

Bachelorette weekend

It’s a great property for a large group. It was 13 ladies and very spacious. I booked for my bachelorette party weekend. The backyard is amazing. The host communicated very well he helped out if we needed anything done. He does stay right on the property so if anything goes wrong he is right there.

Perfect for large families

Very spacious home that is fully equipped with anything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, body wash and shampoo in each bathroom, tons of towels and wash clothes and pool towels. The best part of the house is the backyard. So much space, a great pool and hot tub, 2 hammocks, several fire pits and a volleyball net. It’s about 20 min from the airport and 10-15 minutes from bourbon street. If you’re looking for a quiet place outside of city limits but close enough to all of the action, look no further!

Huge and terrific place!

We came in for a conference for 6 days and loved the place. Rooms were huge, beds were nice, and the Immanuel was super friendly. Left us completely alone and allowed us to have a great time. Back yard is huge and so inviting with a pool and spa. The only down side is we had a bit of trouble with the area and having one of the ride share companies driving us to and from the location. Two drivers complained about the area as we were driving in, being worried about the area. But when we drove down the street to the house, they were received and said we would be good here. We personally always felt completely safe and loved the area. Maybe there are other areas this side of the river that can be bad but this house was in a very nice an quite area. Highly recommended.

Great backyard......house is fine

Looks like property is new to VRBO. Manager/owner had exceptional communication. A few mishaps during the stay but they were immediately corrected. The backyard was amazing but we were there in February and it was cold outside. The inside of the house is fine and serves its purpose. The master bathroom is HUGE. They have many, many towels available. No soap or shampoo so don't forget to bring yours. The one room with two small bunk beds is an altered sunroom with missing blinds so we did not feel comfortable to have anyone stay in there. There is a park across the street and it is very lite all night which provides security in my mind. Overall we would probably chose to stay here again.

MUST STAY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP

This was probably my best VRBO experience ever! I booked this house for my brother’s bachelor party that had VERY large group. From the beginning, Emanuel was very accommodating and was very quick to communicate back to me. Any changes that I needed to make on my reservation was done on the fly. The pictures to the house do not do it justice. Very spacious and beautiful home. It was too cold for us to jump in the pool and chill around the fireplace, but it looked very nice. All of the rooms were also nice including the master bedroom. Location is perfect if you don’t want to stay in downtown/bourbon st. It’s about a $20-$25 Uber ride one way. Emanuel even offered to give us a ride to the airport when we left. Will book again when I come back.

We couldn’t be any happier!!

This property is absolutely amazing. The house is very spacious with plenty of sleeping and living room, and a huge backyard, and an even larger park right across the street. The backyard is a perfect oasis to chill, play games, or cool off in the pool! Our group of 12 guys loved every second in this house and spent a lot of time out in the back. Emmanuel the host made our stay even better- he was an absolute champ and was very helpful and attentive, his communication was quick and easy, and he made many adjustments to make our trip a success! He lives on the property so he makes himself available whenever he is needed, but he is also super respectful of your privacy and is not intrusive at all. The location is also a short Uber right into the French Quarter so it was really easy to enjoy the city, restaurants, bars, even easy access to swamp tours and motor sports. All in all, this house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12, we were all blown away with the house and Emmanuel and I would come back to stay here any time!!

Excellent family location with resort like backyard!

Our host Emmanuel was great! Very responsive to questions and accommodating, it was a pleasure to spend our family vacation at his NOLA home. We maxed out this house with our big family and still felt we had plenty of space. The house is not perfect, but the size, layout, 4 bathrooms and amazing yard make up for any small things that may not be perfect. We cooked most every day and found everything suitable for cooking for a large group was there. Appreciate some little things that other hosts miss: lots of bath and pool towels, nice large capacity washer and dryer, cabinet in the kitchen with leftovers lile shampoo and sunscreen, lots of paper plates and plenty of dishsoap, handsoap, sanitizer and paper towels. There were even a variety of coolers and ice packs free for our use. But the star of this property is the backyard. It was huge, fully fenced with a beautiful new pool and hot tub. We spent hours every day enjoying the pool. Lots of outdoor seating and umbrellas, a volleyball setup and a variety of sports stuff available, even a large Bluetooth speaker. The master bed and bathroom is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and spa-like. We went into town several times. Fairly easy drive in 15 to 20 minutes and plenty of ubers available for the late night crowd. It was fun going to the city then returning to our oasis away from it all. Great balance! There are impeccable homes in premium areas of NOLA but you will pay. This home is right if you, like us, don't have unlimited funds but want to experience NOLA and have an oasis to enjoy at your home! Highly recommended!

Large & Comfortable

The couple were great at communicating as they live on the property. However, there are a few things that were missing for a high end rental. There is no available closet in the master bedroom & the bed pillows were old & flat. They have thin single ply TP. There was a coffee maker, but not even a couple of pods for the first morning. They had recently installed motion lights throughout most of the house that triggered on if you turned over in bed. They would also kick on if you moved when watching a movie. Emanuel had to come and put foil over the sensors. Then we couldn’t get one of the kitchen lights to come on! Lol. We had some confusion about heating the jacuzzi based on the nightly rate I paid. But, they insisted I had not paid to heat the jacuzzi so they heated it one of our four nights there. No one wants a cold jacuzzi so I would recommend they just factor that cost in the nightly price. Before our stay I reduced my stay from 5 nights to 4 before the deadline. A lower amount than the nightly rate plus applicable tax was returned to me. It took several calls to the hosts and VRBO & I am still waiting for the difference. I should have canceled full reservation at no penalty & rebooked. So not all the amenities that I would expect at this price point & there are some cosmetic things that need to be done around the home. But, the hosts are great & the place is spacious for large groups.
