The only complaint I had was the windows that open up to the balconys do not stay open, they had to be propped up by a bar stool. And the TV in the living room was very small and did not work and the one in the bedroom was very small. Other then that everything about the plave from the service to the room to the location was perfect!

First know that this quaint little hotel is at the far end of the French Quarter. It was not a problem for us but there’s no close places to go to eat. I can’t take anything away because I didn’t know that. The hotel is a historic mansion so as an older property it has it’s eccentricities. The floors creak and a few other small issues occurred however the staff fixed every issue with LIGHTNING speed! We had an issue with our room and were moved immediately to another room without question or fuss. You can’t find that service from a chain hotel. These ladies care! We also highly recommend the bar across the street for a stiff nightcap and the convenience store a block down for some great boudin! There is also nighttime security which is nice when you are coming in late.

I loved my stay here. I reserved the Danecio Balcony room and it made my heart swoon. Great location walking distance to Bourbon, Frenchman, and the French Market. This place is charming, meaning it’s not your typical stiff hotel, polished stay. The property and rooms have character that make them all the better. If you are a person that loves to complain the moment you step on property, don’t stay here. You will hear the city buzzing around you, which I loved! I booked the room specifically for the jacuzzi jet bath tub and the jets didn’t work. Still giving 10/10 because that’s how much I enjoyed my stay. If you’re a person who loves memorable moments, great staff, and beautiful properties, then this one is for you!

The property is beautiful. We received an upgrade to a full suite. Very modern compared to what the rooms are like in the main house, but also very nice with a beautiful bath and kitchen. The receptionist at check-in was so friendly and helpful.

The staff provided excellent costumer service!!! Emily was very friendly and helpful recommending some places to visit near by. Britany was attentive and nice with our late checkout. Room for improvement would be fixing drapes and low faucet pressure and jacuzzi jets.

It was a very nice property. We were in not on the property, but in a different building than the mansion itself like an old apartment elevator was slow. They need walk up out of the elevator and walk down eight flights of stairs to get to your room and it just wasn’t worth the money and if you wanted, I had to walk out of the building about a block up to get to the main building to get your eyes and breakfast and stuff never did get a chance to use the pool. It was quite a ways out from everything and there was a couple restaurants close by, but they were dirty and gross
