Modern Spacious Home with Pool Table and Projector 10 Min to FQ

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families and friends. It is just a 5 minute drive to Lake Pontchartrain, the Bayou and City Park where you can enjoy Cafe Du Monde, playgrounds, walking trails, NOMA, the children’s museum, paddle boats, bike rentals, storyland, putt putt, tennis courts and a golf course. Located a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.

This property is a newly renovated house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The house has off street parking to fit multiple vehicles.
There are 40` Flat screen TV`s in all bedrooms. WiFi internet.
Living room has a 60` TV. The movie theater room has a 110` projector screen & 7.1 THX surround sound.

The entire house and backyard is all yours.

We are available as needed to assist with any questions you may have.

Quaint, quiet Gentilly where all the neighbors know each other and greet guests with a smile. There is a playground and green space around the corner from the house. It is in a perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. Within walking distance there is a Subway, Italian restaurant, grocery store and bakery. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 5-7 minute drive away.

Right from the beginning - details of listing being accurate, helpfulness of Dominque to enjoying a he rental, all resulted in a great stay! Easy access to all the great spots - Jazz Fest, French Quarter and airport!The house was immaculate, as described in write up and plenty of updated amenities (including snacks) left for us. A Gentilly Gem!

We visited New Orleans for a milestone birthday with family. Everything about this listing was spot on. Dominique was fantastic to deal with and the photos on-line are a perfect depiction of the home. It was super clean upon arrival and exceeded our expectations. Perfect group rental home for a NOLA weekend!

Even better than the photos -- this home is sparkling clean, impeccably renovated, and absolutely massive. It's definitely designed for three couples, so if you fit that bill, don't hesitate... if this Vrbo is available, jump on it.

Family enjoyed the house. There was 6 of us and our dog and we were able to have family time and alone time under the same roof. Neighborhood is very nice, house is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen items. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was extremely clean and in a great location near city park, the lake front, and a short ride to the French quarter. The kids loved the pool table and watching movies on the projector. We will definitely stay again.

Nice house

Aside from the little issue checking in there is nothing bad I have to say about the house. The master bathroom jacuzzi is the perfect way to whine down after a long day of shopping, eating and drinking! The bean bags chairs in the theatre room are good for napping and the patio with the TV add a nice touch.

The house was amazing. Clean beautiful, nicely decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood easy travel into the sites. Do you wish they would’ve been some pots and pans so we could’ve fixed a couple meals there. And the booking said four bedroom three bath and there was only three bedrooms. An amazing vacation home!
