Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Checked into the room seen a stain on the sheets looked like makeup and hair (like someone shaved) in the tub. Also smelled a strong odor of pee by the stairwells.

Yellow and standing water after my shower for 2 if the 4 days I signed ip for. I had to ringout the water myself as a result fur 2 days No extra towels readily available understanding it wa Mardi Gras by 2nd shift front desk person spoke lowly to me. It is not the job of the guest to do maintenance work. Left writem information as manager refuses to respond by phone or text. I notified my bank as they took money right away, not what was statex by the third party. Will notify code compliance as a result.

The place old and outdated. It felt like a traphouse where you can het all things illegal. We wasn't able to get a refund but left within 8 hours instead of 2 days. Refusing to sleep on those sheets.

I am grateful for my stay here for three months. I would have stayed a bit longer but they jacked up prices for Mardi Gras and the manager is so uncaring that the prices were more than triple.. for a room where the faucet leaks literally 24 hours a day. There is no hot water everything is run down and broken. No laundry facilities. Pool is closed. Indian managers scream at you in a foreign language. It's just unpleasant in that way. It isn't worth the money they are charging - they breach contract and false advertising. Then to jack up the prices is just pure Indian greed. It's really awful. I saw multiple customers complain of no hot water and the front desk worker Bobby literally just did not care, and gaslit the customer and made excuses. That's totally unacceptable. He's constantly swearing and being very loud. He might be autistic. Friendly enough but just unprofessional. I did feel like he cared. But it's just that everything is broken, you can't even wash your clothes. Have to go to the laundromat. They are overcharging and not performing maintenance. It's a breach of contract. They overcharge AND then jack up prices? It's not a well run hotel. There's tons of drug problems. Manager was open and honest about it. It's Kenner. Police are regularly called. Some really sketchy characters. They joke It was a really nice place to rest and just sleep in my cave for a few months during winter, dog friendly. I appreciate that housekeeping comes daily. There's always coffee.

The person that did the check in process was very rude. There was no specific time of check in and I also checked my email to see about the check in time and it stated anytime after 3:00pm. We were late getting there and this person at the desk was making comments to us in a rude manner. For example, “this is why you check in at the correct time because after so long we sell your room to someone else.” We did get two rooms. But the comments were unnecessary. Because of this, I will not be staying there again! Especially when I don’t have this problem anywhere else I go!

Room 134 had mold, major issues, cockroaches so big they were twice the size of a quarter, smelled bad and just generally sucked. Wifi didn't work at all, and the washing machine was filled with water and unusable. Property management yelled at me for my dog peeing in the grass area, but bums have peed all over the sidewalk and it stinks! There was also violence on the property and the police were called several times to respond to guests who were running through the courtyard banging on the walls. They moved me into a bigger room. Other hotels nearby are lower priced and have better, functional amenities.

Room was ok but bathroom OMG tube needs redone doors don’t close all the way a towels have stains a never none available. They wait till you get there an say no breakfast. THE POOL NASTY. This should definitely be a place to house homeless lots of them around. Whole building run down if I had a car before booking would have never picked this hotel.
