Welcome to Roami at Motorworks, where industrial charm meets cultural connection in the heart of New Orleans. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this thoughtfully situated property places you near the cityâs most celebrated landmarks. Whether you're exploring the storied streets of New Orleans or enjoying modern comforts inside, Motorworks offers a seamless blend of convenience and character.
The Space:
We have multiple Roami units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.
Motorworks offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort, just five minutes from the Central Business District. A recently renovated space featuring 20' ceilings, original wood floors, and fully restored windows that fill the space with natural light. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts.
There is metered street parking available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays.
This combo includes multiple side-by-side properties. Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s).

Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
